Users of SoftcavePOS may request deletion of their account or personal data by contacting us through the information below.
How to request data deletion
To request deletion of your account or personal data, please send an email to:
info@softcaveware.comPlease include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your account email address or phone number
- The restaurant or business name associated with your account
- A short note stating that you request data deletion
Verification
We may need to verify your identity and your relationship with the relevant restaurant or business account before processing your request.
For enterprise or business-managed accounts, deletion requests may also be reviewed with the restaurant or business administrator.
Processing
Once your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize the applicable personal data, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes.
